Vikings WR Sidney Rice has hip surgery, may miss much or all of season.

UPDATE: Coach Brad Childress said after today's practice that Rice is a candidate for both the PUP list and injured reserve, a good indication that he's not coming back any time soon -- if at all -- in 2010.)
